Cherry-Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Mix
    first
    4 ingredients together thoroughly.\tPlace 1 vanilla
    wafer
    in the bottom of each cupcake liner.
    Fill 3/4 full
    of
    cream
    cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Place
    cherry pie filling on top of each baked cupcake.
    Makes 22 to 23 cupcakes.
    Blueberry or any pie filling makes a good topping.
