Sausage And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small head cabbage, coarsely shredded
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil.
    Add sliced sausage, coarsely shredded cabbage, diced onion and crushed garlic.
    Cook until almost tender (8 minutes).
    Stir frequently.
    Add mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Stir and heat 4 minutes.
    Serve.
