Frozen Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 c. corn (yellow or white or mixed)
    2 c. water
    1 stick oleo or butter (your choice)
    1/2 c. evaporated milk (5 fl. oz. Milnot, half and half cream or pure cream)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix first 2 ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook slow until changes color or about 20 minutes. Cool and put into freezer bags and freeze and date day.
    If you don't want creamed corn don't add the cream, just add the butter, salt and sugar.
