Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
1 c. cold water
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Take 1 tablespoon Knox gelatine.
Add 1/2 cup water and set on stove and stir constantly over low heat until dissolved.
Set off and add 1/2 cup cold water.
Beat egg whites stiff and add salt. Pour gelatine slowly over egg whites, add sugar and stir.
Add vanilla and pour into loaf pan to mold.
Cool in refrigerator. Unmold and serve a slice over slice of angel food cake.
Top with Cool Whip.
