Chicken In White Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 split chicken breasts
2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. white wine
unblanched, sliced almonds
1 small jar chopped pimentos
2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Put chicken into baking dish.
Combine flour with 1/2 cup sour cream; mix until smooth.
Add soup, wine and sour cream; mix until smooth.
Add salt, paprika and pimentos; mix.
Pour over chicken and sprinkle on almonds.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours, until chicken is tender.
Serve over rice.
