Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. biscuit mix
    2 eggs
    1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook meat until browned.
    Drain. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Combine biscuit mix, milk and eggs.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour over casserole, covering evenly. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 6.
