Short Cut Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 c. grated Mozzarella
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    15 oz. Ricotta
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    lasagne noodles
Preparation
    Brown and drain the ground beef.
    Add to the spaghetti sauce and water and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Combine cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Layer sauce, noodles (overlap) and cheese mixture. Top with cheese.
    Cook at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
