Blue-Vue Blueberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen, thawed and drained)
1 small can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar, divided
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, melted

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Mix blueberries, pineapple and 1/2 cup sugar in dish and spread evenly along bottom.
Pour dry cake mix over fruit and smooth out the edges of dish.
Sprinkle pecans evenly over cake mix and then follow with 1/4 cup sugar, being careful not to sprinkle too much sugar in one spot.
Drizzle melted butter over mix and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serves 12.
