Soup Italiano(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices Italian sausage
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. shredded cabbage or prepared cole slaw mixture
    1 (9 oz.) can chunky vegetable soup
    1 (20 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
    1 (1 lb.) can bite size ravioli
    1 can condensed beef broth
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. crumbled mixed Italian herbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut sausage into julienne pieces.
    Brown in margarine in large saucepan.
    Stir in cole slaw mixture; cook for 1 minute.
    Add all but cheese.
    Heat slowly to boiling; simmer for 2 minutes.
    Ladle into large soup bowls; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
