Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 sq. chocolate
Preparation
    Mix well water, sugar and salt in double boiler; mix well.
    Add chocolate.
    Cook over rapid boiling water, stirring rapidly.
    Cook for 25 minutes.
