Island Cucumbers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
cucumbers
Preparation

Combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Place in glass jar with a lid and chill in the refrigerator an hour before using.
Cut cucumber into very thin slices and add to the vinegar solution.
Cover and refrigerate.
