Tender Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tender tips
    2 c. beef broth
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat on all sides in a small amount of oil. Add broth, sherry, soy sauce, garlic and onion powder.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
    Blend cornstarch and water and gradually add to skillet.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until gravy thickens. Cook 1 minute more. Serve over rice, noodles or toast.
