Zesty Red Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium red potatoes, washed and halved
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Slice potato halves thinly and arrange with onion in bottom of ungreased baking dish.
Mix butter, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Drizzle over potatoes and onions.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
