Italian Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Italian sausage, cut in 4-inch pieces
    6 large green peppers, sliced lengthwise
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 cans tomato sauce (small)
Preparation
    Put sausage in covered pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Drain grease off sausage.
    Put peppers over sausage; add stewed tomatoes and sauce.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Serve on hard rolls.
