Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Minute rice
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak rice in water 1 hour.
    Add beef.
    Mix rice, onion, egg, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper and add to rice/beef mixture.
    Put in covered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
