Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
4 c. shredded red cabbage
2 tart apples, thinly sliced
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
In a 2-quart covered saucepan, melt butter.
Add remaining ingredients and stir lightly.
Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cabbage is just tender.
