Japanese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings or drummies
    1 beaten egg (add 1/2 c. water and beat)
    1 c. flour
    1 c. butter or use 1/2 c. Crisco and 1/2 butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Accent
Preparation
    Dip chicken in egg/water mixture and brown in shortening. Pour off grease, then pour soy sauce mixture over wings.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Turn and baste, then bake 1/2 hour more. Great for party snacks or make lots for dinner!
