Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All or mixed vegetables, drained
    1 can drained water chestnuts
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 bunch chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain Veg-All and water chestnuts.
    Add mayonnaise, grated cheese and chopped onions.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Put in greased casserole dish and cover with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake, uncovered, until cheese has melted, about 25 minutes, at 350\u00b0.
