Sausage Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
    1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans or French-cut
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 bay leaf
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. dried bell peppers
    2 c. dried potatoes or 1 can white potatoes
Preparation
    Crumble and brown sausage in heavy skillet, stirring as needed. Add green beans, tomato sauce, water, onion, bay leaf, salt, garlic salt, pepper, thyme and bell peppers.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Add potatoes and cook with cover 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.
    Remove bay leaf and serve in bowl.
