Green Chile Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 16 whole chiles, roasted and peeled, or canned whole
1/2 lb. Longhorn Colby cheese, cut in strips
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
sprinkle of garlic salt and paprika
Preparation

Stuff green chiles with cheese.
Place in greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish, side by side.
Beat eggs with milk.
Add garlic salt and Mozzarella cheese.
Pour over chiles.
Spread cream of chicken soup over top and add paprika for color.
