Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    3/4 c. quick oats, uncooked
    2/3 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Combine salmon, oats, onion, egg, parsley, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
    Shape mixture into 4 patties.
    Fry on both sides in hot oil until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
    Serve in hamburger buns with lettuce and tomato or just as a patty.
