Fried Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

flour
salt
pepper
milk
onions
garlic powder
oil or margarine
Preparation

(This is good for any kind of steak.)
Pound it with pounder. Dip the steak in flour, salt and pepper well.
Heat skillet until hot and place pieces in pan (in oil or margarine).
Cook until blood appears on steak, then turn and cook on the other side until done.
(Onions and garlic powder may be added while frying.)
