Caramel Fudge Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. walnuts
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Chop 1/2 of walnuts to medium pieces and rest to fine pieces for coating.
    Melt butter in pan and add sugars, salt and sour cream.
    Cook to a boil and boil 5 minutes, covered.
    Uncover and without stirring cook to 236\u00b0.
    Remove and cool.
    Add vanilla. Beat until creamy.
    Add nuts and drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
    Shape into balls and roll in finely chopped walnuts.
