Tropical Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 one pound cans corned beef hash
    8 1/2 oz. can sliced pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1 banana, mashed
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 bananas, split lengthwise
Preparation
    Place hash in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Combine pineapple juice with mashed banana, sugar and ginger in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Arrange split bananas and pineapple slices on top of hash.
    Baste fruit with ginger glaze and pour remainder over hash.
    Place under broiler until bananas are golden brown.
