Tamale Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    4 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 lb. ground chuck, scrambled and drained
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. black pepper
    16 oz. whole tomatoes
    5 oz. tomato paste
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    paprika
Preparation
    To Prepare Mush:
    Cook cornmeal, water and salt in double boiler until thick.
    Cover and let set until filling is ready.
