Pork Chops En Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    4 tart apples
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. milk (hot)
Preparation
    Pare apples. Core and cut in eighths.
    Place in a casserole in layers alternately with sugar.
    Pour hot milk over all and top with pork chops.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, then remove the cover and season with salt and pepper. Continue baking until chops are nicely browned on top.
