Lo-Cal Fruit Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed (20 oz.) pineapple in own juice
    1 large sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
    1 (32 oz.) carton fat-free plain yogurt
    1 (8 oz.) lite Cool Whip
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix crushed pineapple, pudding and vanilla.
    Add yogurt; fold in Cool Whip.
    Keep cool.
