Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, cut up like French fries
    1 c. moderately strong cheese, grated
    1/2 c. milk
    salt (if desired)
    pepper (if desired)
    butter (if desired)
Preparation
    Sprinkle grated cheese over cut-up potatoes.
    Pour milk over and add salt, pepper and butter to taste.
    Bake in oven with cover 1 hour at 425\u00b0.
