Good Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. lukewarm water, mix
2/3 c. sugar
2 pkg. yeast (in water)
1/2 tsp. salt (or more, if desired)
2 eggs
2/3 c. Crisco shortening
5 c. plain flour (Dixie Lillie)
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients until well dissolved.
Add the eggs, Crisco and flour, 2 cups at a time, beating until well blended.
Store in refrigerator for 3 or 4 days before using.
Take out amount needed and knead well on floured surface.
Roll out. Cut with biscuit cutter.
Dip in melted butter.
Fold over, if desired.
Place in buttered pan.
Let rise at least 2 hours before baking in a 400\u00b0 oven.
(Melt butter in a little bowl for dipping rolls.)
