Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped bell peppers
2 large jalapeno peppers, cut
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Velveeta cheese (or the small pkg.)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 eggs
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients real well, then pour in an ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until top becomes brown at 350\u00b0.
