Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 potatoes
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. shredded medium Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies (optional)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, slightly boiled, about 20 minutes, shredded in large pieces.
    Combine soup with onions, butter, sour cream, cheeses, salt and pepper.
    Stir potatoes into mixture until combined.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can top with small amount of additional cheese to melt and form a crust during last 10 minutes of baking time.
