Summer Squash-Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash (summer or zucchini)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. croutons
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Slice squash; boil with onion in small amount of water for 10 minutes; drain.
    Mix together the carrot, sour cream, soup and 1/2 package croutons, then fold in squash mixture.
    Melt butter.
    Mix all ingredients; place in buttered casserole.
    Top with remaining croutons.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
