Strawberry Champagne Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 - 16 oz. pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries with syrup
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 bottle champagne (or ginger ale)
    2 - 10 oz. cans frozen lemonade
    1 large can pineapple juice
    1 - 28 oz. bottle club soda
    ice
Preparation
    In punch bowl combine strawberries, sugar and champagne.
    Cover and let stand at room temperature 1 hour.
    Just before serving, add lemonade and pineapple juice.
    Stir until lemonade is thawed.
    Stir in club soda and add ice.
