Twice Baked Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. whipping cream
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. bacon, crisp
Preparation
    Rinse and scrub potatoes.
    Pat dry.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cut a thin slice off the top of each potato.
    Carefully scoop out the pulp.
    Put in a bowl.
    Separate eggs.
    Add yolk to potato pulp.
    Stir and blend until smooth.
    Add butter, cream, onion, bacon, salt and pepper.
