Swiss Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 to 1 1/2 c. cream of chicken soup
Swiss cheese
cooking red wine (optional)
bread crumbs or crackers
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Butter the bottom of a pan or glass casserole dish.
Cut up chicken into small chunks and then put in the pan.
Add your cream of chicken soup and slightly blend in with chicken.
Mix in a couple of tablespoons of wine, if desired. Then add a layer of sliced Swiss cheese on top.
Last sprinkle your bread crumbs or crumbled crackers for a top layer.
Cook 40 to 45 minutes and serve.
