Chicken Supreme Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices white bread, crusts removed
    2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    dash of pepper
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip
    3/4 tsp. salt
    shredded sharp cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cube removed crusts.
    Put in bottom of greased casserole. Combine chicken, onion, green pepper, celery, Miracle Whip, salt and pepper; spread over cubed bread in casserole.
    Cut bread slices into triangles and put on top of chicken mixture.
    Beat eggs well and add 1/2 cup or more milk; pour over all, being careful to apply to each triangle of bread.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Before baking, cover top with can of mushroom soup mixed with enough milk to make consistency of gravy. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over top the last 10 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
