Creamy Mushroom-Filled Rice Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
    2 Tbsp. Chablis or other dry white wine
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. hot cooked rice, prepared without salt
    1 c. cooked peas
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    To make sauce, in saucepan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, cook mushrooms and onion until tender.
    Add soup, water, milk, wine, paprika, thyme and pepper.
    Heat; stir occasionally.
