Biscuit Pocket Subs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) cans biscuits
    5 slices cotton salami, cut into quarters
    5 slices cooked ham
    5 slices Swiss cheese, cut into quarters (or both)
    1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings
    1/2 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Cut all meat into quarters.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Press or roll each biscuit into 4-inch round.
    Place 2 pieces of each meat and 2 pieces of each cheese on each round (more if desired).
    Top with onions. Top with remaining biscuits; press edges together to seal. Prick top with fork; sprinkle with poppy seed.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 9 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
    Let stand 3 to 4 minutes.
    Cut each in half. Makes 20 appetizers.
