1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Use an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
Make a syrup of brown sugar, butter and water.
Make batter by combining remaining ingredients.
Bring syrup to a boil and drop batter by teaspoon into syrup.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
