Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 large can cream-style corn
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) bag Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour (heaping)
    3 eggs
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2/3 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients
    and
    pour into a well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
