Cheese Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 lb. (1 c.) American cheese, shredded (can use Cheddar)
    1 Tbsp. sliced green onions, sliced thin
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    18 pretzel sticks (small ones)
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and milk in small mixer bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (1 to 2 minutes).
    Add cheese and green onions.
    Continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
    Cover; refrigerate at least one hour.
    Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in pecans.
    To serve, place pretzel stick in each ball.
