Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

1/8 c. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. water
3 oz. powdered milk
1/4 c. melted shortening
1/4 c. salt
1 3/4 qt. plain flour
Preparation

Mix salt and flour. Mix yeast and water; let bubble. Add sugar, milk and shortening. Start mixing; add salt and flour mixture evenly. Pinch and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
