Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small container sour cream
1 small pkg. egg noodles
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion; drain well.
Add sour cream, salt and pepper.
Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add mushroom soup. Heat until creamy.
Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water as directed on package.
Drain well.
Spoon meat mixture over egg noodles.
