Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
    chives (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil and drain potatoes.
    Mix with mixer until well creamed. Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch dish. Dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
