Acorn Squash With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium acorn squash
    3 apples, peeled and cut in cubes
    1/2 c. sugar
    sprinkle of salt (optional)
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut acorn squash lengthwise in half and remove seeds.
    Place cut side down in shallow baking pan with about 1/2 inch of water and sprinkle of salt, if desired.
    Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Take out of oven and pour most of water out; turn cut side up.
