Butternut Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1 c. Crisco plus 2 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs
2 c. plain flour
1 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
1 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar gradually.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Sift flour; add milk.
Mix well.
Add flavoring.
Bake in a well-greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
