Freezer Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. Crisco
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix the flour and Crisco well.
    Beat together the egg, white vinegar and water and pour all at once over flour mixture.
    Mix well.
    Divide into 5 parts and freeze until needed.
    I pack enough for 1 shell.
    I sprinkle salt on rolled out pie crust for better flavor.
    Keeps up to 6 months in freezer.
