Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up or chicken breast
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 large can pineapple slices (reserve juice)
Preparation
    Save flour mixture.
    Fry lightly to a golden brown in oleo. Use juice of large can of pineapple slices.
    Combine with 1/4 cup soy sauce; pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour or at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    About 15 minutes before serving, roll pineapple slices in remaining flour and fry lightly in oleo.
    Place over chicken.
    Serve with rice.
