Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. salt
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. salad oil
food coloring

Preparation

Stir ingredients together, then cook in a saucepan over medium heat until dough follows spoon and leaves the side of the pan. Cool and knead.
Store in airtight container.
