Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk or tomato juice
3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
1 c. grated sharp cheese
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Scald milk; stir in tapioca and cook until tapioca is clear and thick.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Cool slightly. Stir some of hot mixture into beaten egg yolks, then stir yolks into rest of hot mixture.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into buttered casserole or souffle dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Set casserole in a pan of water while baking.
